Mixed Feelings About This Stay
slow servicecold food
The service was really slow. Sometimes it took too long to get a menu or place an order. The food quality was also a problem. My meals were often cold (i found this annoying). The staff could use more training. The customer service felt lacking.

The service i received from jacky and davat was commendable. They were very cute. i also found the daily activities quite exciting, with volleyball and thai boxing available. Gem and mohammed were excellent. i really liked how well the place was kept clean. the bed linen felt luxurious.
i did experience a delay checking in. the process took about forty minutes because there was only one staff member available.

the thai restaurant offers tasty food. prices are reasonable. the availability of fresh fruit and salad was very nice. the chef shows passion when cooking. there are also plenty of food options available.

i enjoyed the kayaking and swimming around the island. the team supervising was helpful. i felt safe during these water activities. guy, rong, dee, man, and mus provided a very pleasant experience.
The room lacked a table with chairs. It was an inconvenience. there was also no closet to store clothes.

Balanced stay at the hotel.

the resort provided a nice gym. it had three treadmills. there were also two stationary bikes. i found it convenient for my daily workouts. the rooms were well kept. the air conditioning worked efficiently. i slept comfortably each night. the pool area was a highlight. it had about twenty loungers. there was a shaded section too.
the restaurants were quite expensive. prices matched those in the united kingdom. this made dining a bit less appealing. the boat schedules to the main island were sometimes inconvenient. waiting times could be long. i wish there were more frequent trips. the beach near the hotel was not ideal. the water was often murky. i couldn't really swim with fish there.
